Your Prestige Medical stethoscope is warranted against defects in manufacturing during normal
use by the original purchaser for the lifetime of the stethoscope. This lifetime warranty excludes
the stethoscope tubing which is warranted for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. Any
return of your Prestige Medical stethoscope must receive prior authorization by contacting
Customer Service at cs@prestigemed.com or your nearest Prestige Medical dealer.

Your Prestige Medical stethoscope warranty also includes Free Lifetime Replacement Parts.
The parts covered with this warranty program include: Eartips (pair), diaphragm, diaphragm
retaining ring, non-chill ring, and bell sleeve. Free replacement parts are limited to one of each
specified part per stethoscope per year. To activate this warranty, please complete the warranty
registration form to register your stethoscope. To receive your free replacement parts, please
mail a copy of your warranty registration confirmation to the nearest Prestige Medical
Service Center (see below)
