I own a retail store, how can become an authorized Prestige Medical dealer?
You can use our retailer information form to let us know you're interested in adding our product lines to your inventory. We'll have one of our representatives contact you about setting up an account soon after we receive your communication.

What is MSRP?
MSRP is the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price. However, our dealers are not required to sell Prestige Medical products at the listed MSRP. Please contact or visit your nearest Prestige Medical dealer to check on the price and availability of any Prestige Medical product.

How do I return a Prestige Medical product for repair?
If you own a Prestige Medical product and need to return it for repair, please first contact your nearest authorized Prestige Medical dealer as they may be able to quickly repair or replace the product for you in-store. Can Prestige Medical repair my 3M Littmann® stethoscope?
If you own a 3M Littmann® stethoscope in need of repair or refurbishing, it MUST be returned directly to 3M Littmann®.
